This document outlines the Terms of Use (“Terms”) for employees choosing to use their personal mobile devices to access the company’s Microsoft subscription and other work-related resources. By accessing the company’s Microsoft subscription and network using your personal device, you agree to be bound by these Terms, along with any amendments made by Solutions For Success LLC at its sole discretion and communicated to you. If you do not agree to the Terms stated herein, please refrain from using your personal device for accessing company resources.
1. Acceptance of Terms
- 1.1 By enrolling your device with our company’s Windows Information Protection (WIP) service, you acknowledge you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms.
- 1.2 The Terms of Use endpoint, accessible through https://solutionsforsuccess.net/byodtermsofuse, provides the full text of our Terms, which you must review and accept before enrolling your device.
2. Device and Data Security
- 2.1 Your device must comply with our company’s security requirements, including but not limited to, the installation of updates, patches, and company-provided security software.
- 2.2 Company data stored on your device will be managed through the WIP service, ensuring data protection while separating it from personal data.
- 2.3 You agree to promptly report any loss, theft, or unauthorized use of your device to the company’s IT department.
3. Privacy
- 3.1 The company respects your privacy. The WIP service is designed to segregate personal data from company data, ensuring that personal content is not accessible by the company.
- 3.2 The company reserves the right to remotely access, monitor, wipe, or manage company data on your device as necessary for protecting company information.
4. Acceptable Use
- 4.1 Your device may be used to access company resources, including email, documents, and applications, strictly for business purposes.
- 4.2 Any use of the company’s Microsoft subscription and resources for illegal activities or violation of company policies is strictly prohibited.
5. Support and Maintenance
- 5.1 The company’s IT department will provide limited support for your personal device regarding access to the company’s Microsoft subscription and related services.
- 5.2 You are responsible for the general maintenance and management of your personal device.
6. Termination
- 6.1 Upon termination of your employment, you agree to remove and permanently delete all company data from your personal device.
- 6.2 The company reserves the right to remotely remove access to company resources and delete company data from your device.
7. Amendment
- 7.1 Solutions For Success LLC reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. You will be notified of any changes and required to accept the amended Terms to continue using your personal device for company business.
8. Governing Law
- 8.1 These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the state in which Solutions For Success LLC operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

By enrolling your device with the Windows Information Protection (WIP) service and accessing the company’s Microsoft subscription, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with the above Terms of Use.
